FOUNDER & OPERATING ROOTS
Civsec Group is founder-led by Hasaan Raza. His background includes seven years in the Royal Marines followed by approximately fifteen years across security, commercial operations and business development. This experience shapes a practical approach to leadership, risk, service delivery and customer relationships.
At group level, Hasaan focuses on acquisition execution, capital allocation, governance and commercial development. Civsec’s model is to retain and support capable management within each acquired business rather than replace specialist operators with a central team.

Where appropriate, Civsec can support portfolio businesses with leadership succession, recruitment, financial reporting, commercial development, compliance, procurement and practical operating systems. Support is tailored to the business rather than imposed through a rigid integration model.
